Il a ensuite compl\u00e9t\u00e9 une bourse en \u00e9chographie en m\u00e9decine d&#039;urgence p\u00e9diatrique au Maimonides Medical Center \u00e0 Brooklyn, New York en 2013. Depuis 2014, le Dr Tessaro est m\u00e9decin urgentiste et chercheur \u00e0 SickKids \u00e0 Toronto, et professeur adjoint en p\u00e9diatrie \u00e0 la Facult\u00e9 de m\u00e9decine \u00e0 l&#039;Universit\u00e9 de Toronto. Il a remport\u00e9 plusieurs bourses de recherche et est l&#039;auteur de 40 \u00e9tudes de recherche p\u00e9diatrique.
