We share a commitment and determination to fulfill our mission of helping parents and caregivers raise healthy, happy kids.<\/p><p>We are looking for a bilingual <strong>Business Development Representative<\/strong> to join our team and support our growth mandate.<\/p><p><strong>The Opportunity:<\/strong><\/p><p>Working collaboratively with the KixCare team, the Business Development Representative will:<\/p><ul><li>Develop a prospecting and engagement strategy to drive revenue opportunities with employer groups, either directly or through channel partners (e.g., brokers and benefits consultants), health plans, and other network affiliates<\/li><li>Generate prospects through networking, cold calling, attending and participating in trade shows and conferences, public speaking, and other sources<\/li><li>Manage the end-to-end sales process, including but not limited to identifying, qualifying, capturing, and closing sales and negotiating contracts<\/li><li>Maintain and build healthcare, digital health, and virtual health knowledge pertaining to employers, health plans and benefits consultants\/brokers<\/li><li>Work with customers and prospects to understand and identify their objectives and needs, while aligning our services where opportunities exist<\/li><li>Lead engaging sales presentations, managing effective communication of KixCare\u2019s value proposition, ROI, features, and roadmap<\/li><li>Track your sales activities through our CRM and provide ongoing updates to management<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>What You Bring:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Bilingual in French and English<\/li><li>Proven track record in B2B sales<\/li><li>3+ years experience selling healthcare solutions, insurance, or benefits in the employer market, targeting all levels of organizations with a focus on HR, benefits professionals or their broker\/consultant partners<\/li><li>Knowledge of key players, trends, and benefits in the Canadian B2B healthcare space<\/li><li>Experience developing and managing cloud-based CRM (eg. Hubspot) to organize pipeline activity<\/li><li>Proficient in Google Workspace (eg.
